Industrial inkjet technology produces high-contrast characters on typical wire jackets (e.g., PVC, PE, XLPE, fluoropolymer, silicone). Supports fixed and variable data so each harness can carry traceable information from the first piece to the last.

The color touch HMI stores wire/terminal parameters together with the correct print template for one-touch recall. Quick-change applicator design (30/40 mm stroke) shortens changeovers across wire sizes and terminal families.

Cast-iron structure, multi-wheel feeding and triple straighteners ensure dimensional stability: cut length 8–9,999 mm with ±(0.2+0.02×L) mm accuracy and 1–10 mm strip length. Standard alarms plus optional CFM provide real-time process monitoring and force-curve analysis for compliant, auditable crimp quality.
