It accepts side-feed (cross-feed), straight-feed and flag terminals, with bulk feeding via an integrated vibratory bowl. An English LCD HMI streamlines setup, while hardened knurled feed wheels, , a wire straightener and a precision crimping applicator/die set deliver consistent dimensions without insulation damage, ensuring the performance of its integrated automatic strip cutter. Optional in-line quality controls—crimp-force monitoring (CFM) and CCD vision—provide real-time defect detection with automatic alarms/stops. Recipe memory, quick-swap wire inlet guides and applicators enable fast changeovers across appliance, automotive, aerospace and general harness builds. An optional networked controller supports MES connectivity for remote parameter management, job dispatch and production data traceability.
