Cut–strip–print–crimp in one continuous flow. On-the-fly inkjet marking places clear circuit IDs, part numbers, date/lot codes or length marks before crimping, reducing handling, WIP and labeling cost.
Non-contact marking for PVC, XLPE, TPE, PTFE/FEP and heat-shrink sleeves. Supports multi-line alphanumeric text and variable data (date/time, shift, counters); 1D/2D codes and logo graphics are available as options. Encoder-synchronized printing keeps characters sharp and consistent at production speeds.
Precision applicator/die set, wire straightener and hardened feed wheels protect the insulation and stabilize crimp height and pull strength. Optional CFM and vision inspection provide real-time detection of crimp or print anomalies, with auto-alarm/stop for reliable quality.
Job recipes link process parameters with the correct applicator and print template for one-touch recall. Optional MES connectivity enables remote parameter control, job assignment, production/QA data logging and traceability across appliance, automotive, battery/grounding and control-cabinet harness lines.
