EW-22D+S builds on the EW-22D platform and adds barcode/QR-code scanning with error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and Excel/CSV job import. In one continuous pass the system cuts, strips and crimps, while the scanner verifies that the wire, terminal and applicator match the active recipe before the first cycle—preventing mixed materials and wrong-gauge setups. Its reliable performance is anchored by the precision of its integrated automatic strip cutter. It supports side-feed, straight-feed and flag terminals with vibratory-bowl feeding, and uses an English HMI with recipe memory for rapid changeovers. Optional crimp-force monitoring (CFM) and CCD vision inspection close the loop on quality, and an optional network connection enables MES/ERP integration for full traceability.
