EW-22F Automatic Wire Stripping and Tinning Machine

EW-22F is a fully-automatic dual-head cut/strip/tin machine designed for high-volume lead preparation. In a single pass it handles wire cutting, single- or dual-end stripping (including semi-strip), dual-end twisting, and single- or dual-end tin dipping. The high precision of its integrated automatic strip cutter enables these capabilities. Eight leads are processed in parallel, with all parameters—cut length, strip dimensions, twist length, and tinning depth—set digitally on a 7-inch HMI. Motorized, computer-controlled blade positioning eliminates shim changes, while a flat-bottom titanium solder pot offers clean, stable tinning and easy maintenance. Typical output reaches 7,000–13,000 leads/hour, significantly reducing touch time on harness pre-assembly.
