This multifunctional dual-end tinning and crimping machine combines the features of two separate systems into one compact solution. It supports dual-end wire twisting with tinning as well as one-end tinning with the other end crimping, giving manufacturers the flexibility to handle diverse production needs without switching equipment.

The dual-functionality design allows operators to choose betweeen two processing modes: complete dual-end tinning for applications requiring soldered connections on both sides, or hybrid processing witth tinning on one end and terminal crimping on the other end for versatile wire harness assembly requirements.


