The machine integrates wire cutting, stripping, twisting, and terminal crimping operationis into a single automated platform, effectively functioning as an automatic ferrule crimping tool. This design significantly reduces handling time and ensures consistent quality output.

Equipped with a vibrating plate terminal feeding system, this machine automatically supplies terminals to the crimping station while simultaneously processing wire ends with precision. The wire inlet features three sets of straighteners that automatically align incoming wire, improving operational stability and feeding accuracy through mutiple roller sets that prevent wire slippage.


