EW-8220

This fully automatic dual-head crimping and single-head housing insertion system integrates wire cutting, stripping, dual-end terminal crimping and automatic insertion of one end into connector housings fed by a vibrating plate. The system supports optional ultrasonic welding for specific housings.

Designed with a modular, flexilble architecture, functional modules can be enabled or disabled for diferent production needs. Product changes require only replacement ot the relevant crimp dies, vibrating-plate feeders and insertion ligs, minimizing downtime and reducing idle waste.


