This fully automatic multi-wire machine integrates wire cutting, stripping, twisting, tin-dipping, terminal crimping and housing insertion into a single continuous workflow, One end crimps terminals and inserts housings while the opposite end performs wire twisting and tinning, supporting simultaneous processing of multiple wires (2-6 color wires must be the same specification) to raise throughput for narrow housings and multi-group assemblies.

The terminal crimping unit is integrally cast from ductle iron to ensure rigid, stable crimp height. Optional quaity-control features include a terminal pressure monitor for crimp-curve tracking with alarm/stop functions and an optional visual inspection (CCD) system to verify crimp appearance and dimensions.
