Engineered for heavy-duty applications, it effortlessly processes large-diameter communication and power cables from Φ10 mm to Φ50 mm. The system supports programmable, consecutive stripping for up to 9 layers in a single cycle, ensuring flawless insulation removal without requiring any blade changes between different wire sizes.

Utilizing a highly advanced rotating cutter head paired with a specialized axis positioning mechanism, the machine achieves exceptional stripping precision down to a 0.01 mm increment setting. This guarantees clean, razor-sharp cuts through tough jackets and shielding braided layers while safely protecting the inner conductors.

Featuring a motor-driven, automatic-centering wire clamping mechanism, the EW-0685 automatically self-aligns the cable for concentric cutting. The clamping force is fully controlled via software programs, preventing any crushing or deformation of delicate dielectric materials or soft outer jackets.

Equipped with a user-friendly HMI touchscreen panel, operators can easily digitally input and save critical parameters—including stripping depth, feed speed, cutting distance, and rotation times.
