The rotary incision unit allows for microscopic depth adjustments down to 0.01 mm increments, ensuring optimal stripping penetration depth, eliminating conductor damage, and guaranteeing compliance with strict automotive and aerospace processing standards.

To safeguard delicate high-voltage and coaxial cable jackets, the machine utilizes a 32-roller driving system paired with synchronous belt feeding. This design distributes gripping pressure evenly over a large surface area, preventing wire slippage and guaranteeing a 100% scratch-free surface while accurately feeding cable lengths from 50 mm up to 99,999 mm.

Equipped with heavy-duty imported high-speed steel V-blades , the system delivers powerful pull-off forces with stripping lengths up to 220 mm on Side I and 130 mm on Side II.
