EW-22G Wire Crimping Soldering Tinning Machine

Engineered for maximum throughput, the EW-22G can process 1-5 output wires or 2-5 pin flat wires simultaneously. At lengths under 200mm, the machine achieves a remarkable production speed of 5,000 pcs/h, significantly reducing labor costs and cycle times compared to traditional single-wire units.

The machine’s reliability is anchored by world-class hardware: SMC cylinders and solenoid valves from Japan for precise pneumatic action, IPM lead screws and guide rails from Taiwan for mechanical accuracy, and a standard NIDEC servo system (customizable with Panasonic or Mitsubishi) for ultra-responsive motion control.

To ensure zero-defect manufacturing, the EW-22G features a comprehensive auto-detection suite that monitors air pressure, terminal feeding, and wire tangling. For high-specification projects, users can integrate optional Soltec CCD visual detection and pressure monitoring systems to verify terminal crimping effects in real-time.

Equipped with a dedicated 750W crimping motor providing 1.5T of force, the machine handles wire sizes from 12 to 28 AWG with ease. The secondary end processing allows for flexible configurations, including full stripping, half stripping, or high-consistency twisting and tinning, meeting the strictest conductivity requirements.
