EW-5210 Servo large 20T-60T Terminal Crimping Machine with CFM (≤15mm²)

Unlike traditional hydraulic or frequency-conversion presses, the EW-5210 utilizes a premium servo motor integrated with PLC control. This configuration ensures micron-level stroke accuracy and stable force output, significantly reducing mechanical vibration and noise while extending the service life of both the machine and the applicators.

Equipped with a high-sensitivity crimping force monitor (CFM), the system captures and analyzes the pressure curve of every cycle in real-time. If the force deviates from the preset tolerance, the machine triggers an automatic alarm and instant shutdown, effectively preventing defective products from entering the next stage of production.

Featuring a high-end industrial PC interface, the EW-5210 supports multi-group parameter storage and sequential crimping functions. All processing data can be stored, exported, and seamlessly integrated with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or cloud servers, fulfilling the strict traceability requirements of IATF 16949 automotive standards.

Designed for versatility, the machine supports quick-change applicators (Six-edge or Opening molds) to handle diverse terminal types. All key components are crafted from imported high-grade tool steel, subjected to rigorous heat treatment to ensure long-term stability and wear resistance under high-load continuous operation.
