EW-5365 Three-Wire Waterproof Plug Threading Stripping and Terminal Cutting Machine

Engineered for high-volume production, the EW-5365 supports simultaneous processing of three wires (or dual/single wire configurations). This multi-station parallel architecture achieves a remarkable production capacity of 900 cycles per hour, effectively tripling the output compared to traditional single-wire equipment without compromising on floor space.

Equipped with an intelligent feeding and positioning system, the machine ensures the flawless assembly of weather seals onto the wire. It accommodates a wide range of seal sizes (up to φ7mm for triple-wire and φ12mm for single-wire) with a positioning error of less than 0.05mm, meeting the stringent sealing integrity standards required in automotive and outdoor industrial applications.

Utilizing high-torque servo drives and premium blade sets, the EW-5365 delivers a tangent and stripping length accuracy of ±0.05mm. The system is optimized for Open Continuous Terminals, providing stable crimping force and uniform terminal deformation, which is critical for maintaining low contact resistance and high pull-off force stability.

The machine features a sophisticated Human-Machine Interface (HMI) that allows for rapid parameter adjustments, including stripping lengths, crimping speeds, and seal positioning.
