EW-5460 Servo Motor Crimping Machine (4-120mm²)

Utilizing a premium Starp servo motor paired with HIWIN precision ball screws, the EW-5460 offers digitized control over the entire crimping cycle. Unlike traditional mechanical presses, it allows for micron-level height adjustments via the touch screen and features a programmable dwell time (pressure holding) at the bottom dead center to ensure optimal material deformation and gas-tight crimps.

Equipped with a 7-inch Kinco true-color touch screen, the machine supports up to 30 sets of program memory (Recipes). Operators can achieve "one-key switching" between different terminal specifications (e.g., 30, 70, or 120 mm²), significantly reducing changeover time (SMED). This digital integration ensures process consistency across different shifts and production batches.

The EW-5460 is a universal platform compatible with Hexagonal (free-of-change), 4-sided (B-shape), and standard OTP applicators. Whether processing EV charging cable terminals or complex automotive connectors, the quick-change mold interface and adjustable stroke (up to 40mm) provide the flexibility needed to handle a diverse product portfolio with a single machine.

Operating on a pure electric "Plug-and-Play" system, the machine is significantly quieter and cleaner than pneumatic or hydraulic alternatives, making it ideal for high-standard cleanroom environments.
