This digital architecture minimizes mechanical tolerance, ensuring a high-speed output of up to 900 pieces per hour (for 10-pin cables) without compromising on processing stability.

Built with premium mechanical hardware including Taiwanese HIWIN linear guides and TBI ball screws, the machine guarantees ultra-smooth motion and long-term stripping accuracy. The integration of AirTAC (YSC/Xingchen) pneumatic components and Omron fiber-optic sensors ensures reliable fault detection and a significantly extended service life under heavy duty cycles.

The EW-8065 utilizes a specialized parallel splitting mold that separates ribbon cables (27mm–35mm splitting length) without deforming the insulation. This ensures that each conductor is perfectly aligned for the 2.0T (1.5T-2.0T adjustable) crimping press, resulting in uniform terminal attachment and superior pull-force test results.

The user-friendly touchscreen supports bilingual (English/Chinese) operation, allowing for rapid parameter adjustments such as cutting lengths (60mm–1000mm) and stripping depths.
