To ensure 24/7 reliability, the EW-8070 features a comprehensive sensing array that monitors wire run-out, air pressure fluctuations, and crimping abnormalities. An optional crimping force monitor (CFM) is available to provide real-time cross-sectional analysis and terminal quality verification for every cycle.
The machine features a specialized heating station designed for 3.0-6.0mm diameter heat-shrink tubes. This system provides uniform heat distribution to ensure a perfect 360° seal around the terminal/wire junction, enhancing the mechanical pull-off force and environmental insulation of the final product.
