Equipped with HIWIN linear guide rails and a robust 2-3T crimping force mechanism, the machine achieves a strict cutting tolerance of $\pm$0.2%. Integrating top-tier Airtac pneumatics and Kinco touch control systems, it ensures flawless repeatability across extensive production runs without degrading stripping or crimping precision.
Featuring a specialized OYO vibration control feeding workstation, the machine guarantees orderly, jam-free delivery of various straight-tube sheaths (including 110, 187, and 250 types). The custom-hardened, knurled aluminum feeding wheels deliver stable wire transport without damaging the outer PVC wire insulation.
To minimize material waste and prevent equipment damage, the EW-8125 is engineered with comprehensive built-in monitoring sensors—including wire detection, terminal presence detection, sheath verification, air pressure monitoring, and an automated error alarm system. An optional integrated crimp force monitor (CFM) station is available for continuous cross-sectional quality analysis.
