EW-8140 Automatic Single Head Crimping and Housing Insertion Another Side Tinning Machine

The EW-8140 optimizes production by performing cutting, dual-end stripping, tinning, and terminal insertion simultaneously, achieving a throughput of up to 2,000 PINs per hour.  This integration eliminates the need for multiple standalone stations, drastically shortening your production cycle.

Equipped with a full Inovance servo control system and high-precision TBI ball screws, the machine delivers a cutting accuracy of ±(0.5mm + 0.2% × L).  This ensures consistent stripping lengths and precise terminal positioning, which are critical for high-quality connector mating.

To ensure zero-defect manufacturing, the system features a comprehensive suite of sensors for terminal presence, housing detection, and air pressure monitoring. Notably, it includes a 100% pull-back test after insertion and optional CCD visual inspection to guarantee every connection meets rigorous industrial standards. 

Designed for flexibility, the EW-8140 handles wire gauges from AWG16 to AWG30 and supports housing sizes up to 40mm. The intuitive PLC interface and quick-change applicator design allow operators to switch between different product specifications with minimal downtime, maximizing equipment uptime.
