Production capacity

Based on a length of 100mm: approximately 1,200 cycles for non-twisted wire and 800–900 cycles for twisted wire; calculation: number of strands × cycles per hour = hourly output.

The shortest path does not involve twisting or lengthening.

Do not twist the front end for 5–6 mm; do not twist the rear end for 18 mm (depending on the wire).

Stripping length

Front blade spacing: 8 mm, with a full rubber-stripping capability of 4.5 mm; rear blade spacing: 14 mm, with a full rubber-stripping capability of 10 mm.

Cut length

Non-twisting front-end machine: double-ended processing for lengths of 50–870 mm; single-ended tinning for lengths of 45–870 mm (customization available for longer wire lengths).

  • Multi-Wire Parallel Processing for Maximum Throughput

    Unlike conventional single-wire automated machines, the EW-9965 is designed to feed and process 6 to 9 wires simultaneously. Operating at a cycle rate of approximately 1,200 times per hour for standard 100mm lengths (without twisting) and 800-900 times with twisting, it yields exceptional hourly production rates that keep high-volume assembly lines moving seamlessly.

  • 7-Axis Servo Precision & Linear Guide Stability

    Mechanical translation and stripping accuracy are meticulously controlled by a suite of seven Inovance servo motors, paired with heavy-duty THK/Dinghan linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws. This structural rigidity prevents wire deviation during high-speed transit and ensures precise blade penetration, effectively protecting the inner conductors from damage.

  • Integrated Servo-Driven Twisting and Tinning

    The system features a dedicated servo-rotational mechanism for wire twisting, allowing operators to easily configure twisting tightness, speed, and turns directly from the control panel. Combined with its backend tinning functionality, the machine prepares multi-strand wires for immediate final assembly, entirely bypassing the need for separate offline processing stations.

  • Intuitive Kinco HMI & Real-Time Fault Monitoring

    Operators can manage all complex parameters—such as strip depths, cutting lengths, multi-step stripping, and terminal positioning—via an intuitive Kinco color touchscreen interface. To minimize scrap and protect tooling, the machine incorporates a comprehensive real-time diagnostic system that detects wire depletion, knotting, air pressure drops, and optional crimping force anomalies, immediately halting the process and alerting the operator.
